Introducing Children & Teen YOGA
Incorporating Yoga into one’s daily experiences improves concentration and focus, enhances creativity, improves confidence, promotes health and wellness, relieves anxiety and improves academic performance. The program’s benefits will include developing physical and mental strength, enhancing the brain, building a positive attitude and calm mind and increasing self esteem and confidence.
Danielle will teach a 45-60
minute class consisting of breathing techniques, visualizations, yoga
postures, partner poses games and relaxation. Through fun and movement
children will learn skills to aid in daily life. Class structure and
duration will vary depending on the age group.
Grades K-6 9:30-10:15am
This playful adaptive class is designed for beginner yogis grades k-6. Registration is required for this class. This is a 45-50 minute class.
Grades 6-12 10:30-11:30am
This class is designed for beginner and advanced students grades 6
and up. Whether you are new to yoga or previous students and ready to
expand your love of yoga, this is the class for you.
